RVS Kumaran Arts and Science College

The establishment of RVS Kumaran Arts and Science College was the fulfilment of a long cherished dream of providing facilities for higher education to the rural people of the Dindigul district and surrounding regions. The main objective is to develop a college with a distinct identity and character, where education and training are imparted at global level. Every facility is provided in the campus to create an environment fully conducive to realizing this objective.

The RVS Kumaran Arts and Science College was established in the year 2016 by the RVS Educational trust with five courses namely B.A English Literature, B.B.A., B.Sc Information Technology,

B.Sc Mathematics and B.Com Computer Applications. Now the college is having 26 UG programmes and 6 PG programmes with student strength of 1200.

The college Campus is located in the outskirts of Dindigul, (Ayyalur High-Way Trichy) comprising a sprawling campus of about 25 acres land. The campus is situated in the valley surrounded by hills & reflects the beauty of nature. The glittering buildings of the college are beautified with appropriate avenue plants, farm house, playground etc. Not to mention, the well-equipped laboratories, classrooms and a well – stocked library which are the hall mark of excellence in education which are all in place.
