Facilities

The campus of the RVSKCAS college is located in the outskirts of Dindigul, (Ayyalur High-Way Trichy) comprising a sprawling campus of about 25 acres land. The campus is situated in the valley surrounded by hills & reflects the beauty of nature. 
The connectivity to the college campus is excellent. The college has good infrastructure, well ventilated classrooms, auditorium with well stocked library, state-of-the-art computer labs, high-technology science and chemistry labs, pay area-grounds, well-equipped lecture halls with projection technology and Wi-Fi access and CCTV cameras throughout the campus, a cafeteria that offers a wide range of food choices. 
The campus offers a place for education, work, interaction, fun and constant debate, and this is facilitated through the activities place into the spill-over places like the corridors, amphitheatre, canteen and places across the stairs and lifts. These places serve as the hub of knowledge, where discussions take place and students interact over classroom projects and informal discussions. 
The education paradigm grounded in interdisciplinary and interactive education provokes every student reach out to others and work with them on educational, cultural and social activities, to take a step into the unknown, develop an inquiry in the mind, feel the urge to resolve and work collaboratively.
Hostel Facilities
RVSKCAS hostel for boys and girls is good, secured and provides comfortable living called _______, it is situated in the University campus. Hostel allotment is on first-come-first-serve basis.
The ground floor of the hostel building has the Warden’s Office, security desk and a canteen with a common dining facility. The first floor is dedicated to living for ___ girls and ___ boys with separate entrances. The rooms are large, well-ventilated, with attached toilet/bathroom, furnished with a comfortable beds, reading desks and storage facilities. They accommodate four students to a room. The rooms are cleaned regularly and there is an ample parking space for two-wheelers. The public areas in the hostel are CCTV monitored and there is 24×7 security at the entrance. Students are required to record every time they leave and return in a log book; on weekdays they need to return latest by 8pm and on Saturdays and Sundays by 10pm.
For leisure and recreation, there are separate televisions in lobby for boys and for girls. Students can choose to eat in the canteen. During working days, students eat lunch and dinner in the hostel mess. The Mess remains closed during the college vacation period. Hostel fee includes lodging charges only.
There are separate charges for electricity (on actuals) and food.
