Dr. K.V. Kupusamy, is a Doctor of Philosophy in Education and an alumni of  Dianora University, Italy (1993). He was given the title of Glory of India – by the International friendship society of India in 1994.
He is acknowledged as a visionary scholar in the world of modern education by establishing over 45 reputed educational institutions across Tamil Nadu. Manifesting his belief that ‘Education is the greatest power of mankind’ into reality, Dr. Kupusamy chairs the RVS Educational Trust, an educational force has transformed the horizon of technical and non technical learning in Tamil Nadu.
Recognising Agriculture as one of the pillars for a sustainable future, Dr. Kupusamy is the has advocated the cause of farm culture with the formation of exuberant agricultural farms at Tenkasi, Thadankulam, Thanjavur, Sempatti and Sengathurai. His contribution towards Healthcare with the RVS Allopathic, Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Siddha Hospitals in addition to the respective educational institutions, has put Dr. Kupusamy in the pantheon of  select erudites who have contributed to all round community development with selfless integrity and visionary thinking.
Dr. K.V. Kupusamy has been bestowed with several awards and recognition for his illustrious services to Kongu bastion of Tamilnadu, he was given the covetous award ‘Kongu Nattu Sadhanaiyalar’ on 07.02.2011 at the hands of Arutchelvar Sri. N. Mahalingam organized by the NIA Educational Institution at Pollachi and Qimpro Platinum Standard 2014 in the quality of Education. The other awards received by him are

Mr. K. Senthil Ganesh is a member of the Honours Society of Texas A&M Univesity, USA and also a member of the Financial Management Association, USA.
A M.Sc (Software Engineering) from University of Westminister, London in 2004. Mr. K. Senthil Ganesh, Managing Trustee of the RVS Educational Trust and is recognised for ushering in an era of innovations in addition to his academic acumen and administrative leadership skills.
With successful tenures at Zales Corporation, Texas USA as Business Application Developer and as Senior Consultant at USA’s Mantel Corporation, Mr. K.S. Ganesh stresses upon sustenance of quality in curriculum and leads a workforce tht is consistently striving for innovation and implementing modern methods in contemporary teaching with a stress on top ranging placements.

Mrs. K Maragathamani a young and dynamic educationist holds a Master degree in business administration. Her association with the school they initiated young vibrant trustee in the year 2003 and has now elevated to be charismatic correspondent and vice-chairman of Bhaktavatsalam Memorial Trust.
She is an able administrator who manages the BMT an educational institution comprising of Arts & Science College for women, a CBSE and State board school. Her aspiration to redefine learning she has pioneered this project successfully. Her love for children and optimistic attitude has made her a fine educator.
